4 Bedroom vacation rental cabin located in South Fork, CO near Wolf Creek Ski Area (18 miles away) and the Rio Grande Golf Club. The cabin is located in Ponderosa Estates, a heavily treed and deer populated area about 1 mile from the center of town. The Rio Grande River is at the end of the street. The street is paved and plowed in the winter. South Fork is surrounded by over 2 million acres of national forest and offers incredible fishing, rafting, camping, historic towns and sites, hundreds of jeep & ATV and hking trails, exceptional hunting and scenery... all without crowds.
The cabin is equipped with 2 master bedrooms with king beds which make it ideal for two couples/families. There is a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has bunk beds. There is an extra twin bed in one of the master bedrooms and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has a large pantry. There are 2 and 1/4 baths and plenty of clean, fresh linens. The landry room has a washer and dryer and extra sink. There are 3 TV's, a VCR, DVD player, lots of games, movies, bicycles and snow saucers. There is a large two car garage and ample parking. Rates start at $135 per night . Cleaning fee is $75.00 to $100 based on the # of people. Monthly rentals available also.
